   • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of order placement.
   • Delivery typically takes between 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch.

Return Policy

1. Can You Return Plants?
   • No, we do not accept returns on plants. Due to the nature of plants and the stress they undergo during transit, returning them would likely harm the plant.
   • However, we guarantee that all plants will arrive in excellent condition.
   • Note: Plants may appear a little dull due to transit stress, but with exposure to sunlight and proper care (watering), they will soon return to their healthy state.
2. Non-Plant Products Return:
   • Yes, you can return non-plant products. If any non-plant product arrives damaged, please follow the instructions below:
     • Return Window: You can return unused or unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
     • Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

Self-Return Process (For Non-Plant Products)

1. Not Happy with Your Non-Plant Product?
   • You can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery.
   • We will send you a replacement or process a refund once we receive the returned product.
   • Return Shipping Charges: You will bear the shipping charges to return the product.
